Annual — Best Value

Commit for 12 months, only pay for 11.

Pay for 11 months and we’ll cover the 12th. The saving is one full month’s fee — £1,800 on Studio 20, £3,600 on Studio 40 or £5,400 on Studio 60. Annual rates are shown in each plan above.

Questions people usually ask.

Everything. Design for print, digital and social, artworking and production, copywriting, motion design, GIF and video editing, website design and development, email design, campaign assets, presentation decks and photography direction. Every plan covers the same scope — the hours are the only thing that changes.

Your monthly hours cover all the work your team submits that month. We track hours per request and give you a live view in your client portal, so you always know where you stand. If you’re running low mid-month, we’ll flag it before you go over — not after.

Any hours beyond your monthly allocation are billed at our standard rate (£90 + VAT). We’ll always tell you before we go over your limit — you’ll never get a surprise invoice. If you’re consistently running over, it’s usually a sign you need the next plan up.

If you don’t use all your hours in a month, you can carry up to 20% of unused hours into the following month. So if you’re on Studio 20 and use 16 of your 20 hours, you’ll have 24 available next month. Hours don’t accumulate beyond one month’s carry-over — so it’s worth letting us know if your workload is consistently lighter than expected.

No initial minimum commitment with monthly rolling contracts — cancel or change your plan any time with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, paid monthly across 12 months (your free month is split equally over the 12-month contract).

Commit to 12 months and we’ll charge you for 11 — giving you one month free. You still pay monthly, so there’s no big upfront cost and your free month is split equally over the 12-month contract. The overall saving ranges from £1,800 on Studio 20, £3,600 on Studio 40 and £5,400 on Studio 60.

Yes. On the monthly rolling plan, simply give 30 days notice to scale up, scale down or cancel — any time.

On the annual plan, you can scale up or down mid-plan with 30 days notice. If you’d rather not renew at the end of your 12 months, no problem — just let us know and we’ll send you a reminder 30 days before your renewal date anyway.

Before your first brief lands, we spend time getting properly under the skin of your brand — guidelines, tone of voice, ways of working, the people involved. The £600 + VAT setup fee covers this session and the onboarding of your brand into our systems. It means everything that follows runs better from day one.

Through your Holdens client portal. Once you’re onboarded, you’ll have access to a simple online workspace where you submit requests, track progress, review and approve work and download final assets. No email chains, no lost files, no chasing for updates.
