The new website was well received and visually it ticked all the right boxes, but the numbers tell a compelling story. New website users have grown by 500% from 8,000 to 48,000, with enquiries following suit: tenant enquiries are up 41%, driven by the integrated property portal and live chat, while investor enquiries have more than doubled, up 117%. Most importantly, that activity is converting into overall revenue, which has grown by 30% since the new site launched.
“The results demonstrate the website is now doing the work it always should have been.
Engagement has improved too, with average visitor session time up 27%, signalling that users are finding what they need and spending more time exploring the site. Beyond traffic, the platform was fully equipped to support Settio’s continued growth – serving a client base of 2,588+ across 17 countries, with over £525m of property under management showcased through the site.
In June 2026, that growth story reached its next chapter when proptech lettings platform Dwelly completed its acquisition of Settio, its first international purchase, adding more than 2,000 fully managed properties to the Dwelly network and bringing with it offices in Manchester, Birmingham, London and Singapore. A website built to grow a business. Mission accomplished.
