Brits love being by the seaside. It’s a fact. And with so much to see here in the UK, staycations are back in. We’re working with Heritage Great Britain to tell everyone about it.

Challenge

Heritage Great Britain owns and operates some of the UK’s most outstanding landmark destinations and visitor attractions. Quite literally from Land’s End to John O’Groats. As its new retained creative agency, we’re embarking on a journey that will take the group’s brand and marketing to places it’s never been before.

Approach

We’ve toured the country from the Cornwall cliffs at Land’s End to the summit of Snowdon, devising new brand positioning and marketing strategies as we go. We’re now working hard to activate these strategies across print, outdoor, digital and social media, establishing new visual styles through branding and photography.

Outcome

New brands and websites will be live before the season starts in April, but some expedient user experience improvements on the existing websites have already delivered some success. Mattel Play!, the group’s indoor family attraction in Liverpool, has seen an increase in web traffic, online bookings and admissions income over the last quarter.
