Tourvest Retail Services is a global travel retail expert providing a host of products, services and technology solutions that enhance the passenger experience on planes and trains around the globe. A prominent player in the European and African markets, Tourvest engaged us to establish a brand strategy, reinvigorate its brand identity and transform its digital presence to better reflect the business’ evolving ethos and offering.

We crafted a robust brand strategy and positioning that encapsulates Tourvest's essence and resonates with its target audience.

We kicked things off by orchestrating a collaborative brand workshop at Tourvest’s UK headquarters, gathering a cross-section of senior stakeholders from across its European and African operations. This interactive session facilitated deeper insights into the brand’s core values, mission and vision, as well as giving us a clearer understanding of its audience, competitors and current market perceptions.

Leveraging these insights, we then conducted further audience, competitor and market research to glean valuable data before embarking on developing the new brand strategy.

The new brand strategy acted as the launchpad for an overhaul of Tourvest’s visual identity.

Using the insights we gleaned from the workshop, we crafted a robust brand strategy and positioning that encapsulates Tourvest’s essence and resonates with its target audience across key regions, revolving around an engaging and stand-out proposition – ‘curating travel smiles’. 

The new brand strategy acted as the launchpad for an overhaul of Tourvest’s visual identity, combining vibrant colours from its existing palette with a bold look and feel comprised of dynamic CGI to reflect Tourvest’s innovative spirit and diverse product and service offering. The result is a refreshed brand identity that not only stands out but also authentically represents what Tourvest stands for.

To ensure the newly evolved brand identity was delivered consistently across all of Tourvest’s communications, we developed comprehensive brand guidelines with clear guidance on usage, as well as dos and don’ts for utilising the brand on specific channels. This also included a detailed tone of voice language guide to maintain uniformity in Tourvest’s communication through the written word.

As part of the brand overhaul, we completely redesigned and rebuilt Tourvest’s website, delivering a cutting-edge digital experience that solidifies its leadership status. The revamped website features a streamlined sitemap and navigation, engaging video content and immersive CGI graphics to showcase the full breadth of Tourvest’s products and services. This transformation now firmly positions Tourvest as a frontrunner in the digital landscape within its industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers and employees.
