With an impressive portfolio of assets and over 16 years in business, Patrick Properties knows its stuff. But taking a look at their old site and branding, you wouldn’t know. It was up to us to help them catch up.

Challenge

When you first hear the story of Patrick Properties, it’s clear they’re ahead of the game with an impressive portfolio in the industrial, office, retail, leisure and residential sectors. But their website and brand had a lot of catching up to do. Outdated and difficult to use, their site failed to reflect the high-end feel of the company.

Approach

We set about creating a sleek, sophisticated brand identity and easy-to-use website that represented the Patrick Properties brand and would appeal to their clients and investors. We took influence from architectural drawings to create a stylish, minimal and modern logo and set of unique iconography for each property type.

Outcome

The key feature for both the brand and the site is movement. From animations of signatures of the team, to subtle changes in shape and iconography, as you navigate the site it responds to your every movement, adding that human touch. Bringing the UK properties to life, we produced a suite of dramatic photography to show off their best features, creating a final product that truly reflects who they are.
